Please allow 2-4 weeks turnaround time for custom orders unless you have requested rush servicing which is $50 additional cost.

During Peak Times such as holidays please allow 4–6-week turnaround time for custom items unless otherwise discussed when order was placed.

A rush order will be completed within 7 days of ordering.

All orders are on a made-to-order basis, and we will not accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges. Please note all computers and devices may have a slight color difference and may not match exactly to what one sees on the item. By purchasing, the buyer is aware of this and agrees to the slight color difference on the designs/items.

Ebony Racquel LLC is not responsible for any delays which we do not have control over. Make sure to check your tracking information to see the status of your delivery.

Items will be shipped to the address you provide unless a note is left stating otherwise. Ensuring the correct address avoids any shipping delays. Shipping cost varies by location and will be calculated at checkout. 

Once an item has shipped, no refund will be made.
